No, we do not take commissions -- that's why listing your property on International Rentals.com is the most cost effective way to advertise.

It takes 2-3 business days for a new property to be posted. We will email you when your property is live.

I want to remove my advertisement.
You can remove your advertisement at any time, but please be aware we do not give refunds due to the time and effort in preparing the property listing for the web. Please read our disclaimer for more information.

What is the Member's Administration page?
The Member's Administration page is where you can manage all of your properties. It is the portal to where can update your personal information, property information, submit photos.

How do I update my property information?
You may login to the Member's Administration page to update your property information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Login with your e-mail address and password here.

How do I update my e-mail address?
You may update your e-mail that you want customers to e-mail in the property information section in Member's Administration page. Click here to login.

Can you make changes to my property?
We can make changes to your property, but please be aware there is a $25 charge for each change. We encourage property owners to make changes by login into the Member's Administration page. Click here to login.

How do I login?
You login with your email address and password. Click here to login.

Why do I need login email address and password?
You need a login name and password to make changes to your property, personal information and to submit photos. You may change your login email address at anytime, by clicking the "Personal Info" button on the Member's Administration page and updating your login email and password. Remember to press the "Save this Form" button to submit your changes.

Tips on how to improve your inquiries
Below are some tips that may improve the number of inquiries to your property:
    • Write about surrounding places, restaurants and things to do regarding your property. A good description appeals not only to renters, but to search engines as well.

    • Submit your properties url to search engines

    • Keep your rates relative to other properties rented in your area

    • Photos, photos and more photos. Keep your photos updated and show exterior, interior, kitchen, bedroom shots. Potential renters want to know what they are renting.

    • Ask a prior renter to submit a review of your property

Do you submit my property to search engines?
Yes, we submit your property to the most popular search engines on the web. And we do recommend, if you want to submit your site to multiple search engines, please feel free to do so.

What credit cards do you accept?
You may use MasterCard or Visa to submit payment. You will be sent an invoice that allows you to submit payment securely online using Versign.

Do you accept wire transfers?
Yes, if you would like to wire us your payment, please email us and we will be happy to provide the necessary information. There is a $20 charge to cover bank fees added to the cost of your listing.

Do you accept international money orders?
Yes, we accept international money orders in US Dollars. There is a $20 charge to cover bank fees added to the cost of your listing.

Do you accept checks and money orders?
Yes, we accept checks drawn on US banks, and money orders in US funds.
